Great question, and answer! Also that turtle floaty in the pool looks like so much fun. 😄

Hi Al! Love this video. Have you done a video on what some of the best foundational exercises for strength are? This would be a nice follow up to this video. Also what are some great exercises for the morning? I always have time for a 30 minute exercise session but I never seem to have the energy to do anything. I know part of it is motivation but I curious if there are some exercises that are low intensity but build energy. I’ve been getting into deep squats which seem to be helping.

Al is right, building up strenght with the basics is the best aproach, and then adding the skillwork. It also depends on personal goals because some people are more interested in basic strengh, while others can't wait to perform specific skills. But without basic strengh, most skills are imposible. By the way,in your opinion, for which is greasing the groove more suited : strengh work or skill work?

Those Adirondack chairs in the background - I would like to see a video on what you can do with them.
With one or two of those chairs, there are probably all kinds of calisthenic possibilities.
They and their armrests are much more stable than most other types of chairs.

Hey hey hey,my question is how can I combine strength exercises with my body weight with table tennis training? Because after strength training, I feel squeezed and can't move fast, and my tennis results decrease.

Hi Al, my question is, there are many skills in Calisthenics, muscle up, human flag, levers etc etc.
How do you maintain the strength to do all of these skills all the time ?
